CEO Peers are the owners, CEOs or presidents of second-stage companies who want their business to experience substantial, rapid growth and who have the capacity to lead their companies down this challenging, entrepreneurial path. In general, your company is second stage if it’s privately held, employs 10 to 99 people, generates between $1 million and $50 million in annual revenues, has the capacity to grow, and—inspired and led by you—the intention to grow. Capacity and intention are more clearly defined during the application and interview process. Demonstrated intent and capacity to grow coupled with entrepreneurial business experience are themselves indicators of participation potential. A serial entrepreneur heading a funded start-up, for example, could be eligible even if revenue and employee thresholds are not met. How do you know if CEO Nexus can benefit you and your company?
